✨Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem ✨

🍂 LINGUISTICALLY

🔸Ruqyah is an incantation:- a series of words said with the intention of achieving a particular effect, particularly when the incantion involves blowing.
🔹 Linguistically, this includes things like magic spells, when they are said verbally.

🍂ISLAMICALLY

🔸Ayat of the Qur’an, authentic du’aa, and the perfect names and attributes of Allāh that a Muslim reads as an incantation with the intention of treating himself or another, seeking a cure from Allāh alone.

💠 Ruqya 💠

💎 is  healing and relief for  people suffering from various illnesses

💎 It is a protection of Muslims against shirk and means of strengthening their faith.

💎It could be a door to Dawah to non-Muslims because the words of  Quran were used to cure non-Muslims ; One of the  sahaba had recited Surah Fatiha on one of the disbelievers.

🌹 Indeed, Allaah has given a cure for every disease🌹

▪According to Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

🌼 “Allah has not sent down the disease without lowering its cure.”

▪Muslim narrated from Jabir (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

🌼”Every disease has a cure, if the corresponding cure for the disease is found, the patient will recover with Allah the Almighty.

🔸“For witchcraft particularly the remedy is in the Qur’an, as words of Allah can cancel out their effects.

▪Allah ta’ala says:

🌺 “This Qur’an that We reveal to believers and brings healing and mercy does, in fact, worsen the ruin of the wicked.”
